Now we (the new owners of XW) have taken over we are looking for some keen users who would like to help support our wonderful forum and keep this place nice and tidy.

What we expect from our applicants prior to applying;
*Help around the community, be active, participate in competitions and discussions.
*Report posts when you see if its breaking any rules.

If you are accepted your main duties will include;
*Moderating your given section(s)
*Ensuring users comply with the rules
*Highly active in all sections including the lounge and other non download area's.

Applicants will not be accepted if they have only been active for a short period of time.
We will not accept a user into our moderator team because they go on a reporting frenzy for a day.
We are looking for consistancy, devotion, dedicated and hard working individuals.

If you believe you meet this criteria please contact an ADMIN with, a reason as to why you would like to be a moderator.
We will then perform a review on yourself and there may even be a test to ensure you are aware of the rules and procedures for dealing with rule violations.

For all that does't know i was a global mod here for a about year some time ago,when owner of this site was Mario...maybe someone remenber me..(i hope so! )

Yes,i'd like to back into staff for help this site a second time...
In this period of my absence here,i gained more experience as mod elsewhere and as admin co-owner on a phpbb3 warez site....but now after some mounths of time off from warez, i need it!
